Each
session lasts about an hour. The
first meeting, which is free when you buy sessions, is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals. Be prepared to step on the scale, have your body fat tested and answer specific questions about your goals. After that, you'll spend most of your time on strength training and cardio. My Location is two blocks from Chautauqua Park in Boulder. Great trails to warm up on as well as tennis courts and a big grassy field to do drills. I have everything needed to help with your sporting needs. If you would rather I come to your house, I have everything needed already in my car. No matter what your fitness needs are, I will help you to your goal! Normal Price based off sessions bought and location
1-5 sessions = $60.00 per session
Longmont Clients Pay an extra $10 per
session do to travel time.
